The Packing Man’s products are handmade products which means that every item is unique. Any variations in colour(s), pattern(s) and textile(s) should be expected. The Packing Man does not accept returns of products due to these irregularities.
Item(s) should be returned new, unused, unworn, with The Packing Man garment tag(s) still attached and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
However, should you still not be satisfied with your The Packing Man product, you may return your product to our address within two weeks (14 days) of receipt, with the new tracking code. Please send us an email at email@example.com telling us why you are not satisfied and we will provide you with the necessary return details and address. Please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our products or service, we always appreciate feedback, Thank you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the reason for returning an item(s) lies with the The Packing Man’s error, The Packing Man will cover the cost of the product return.
The Packing Man will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase or missing the original tags.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale and promotion items
Please note that all sale and promotions are final sale. Return requests on sale and promotion merchandise will not be accepted.
We want to provide our customers with the best possible service.
We do recognize that one can always get better, therefore we encourage you to tell us about your complaint so that we could put the matters right.

Unforeseen shipping issues
- From the time your package has left our studio until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with DHL Services in your country. Except for shipments inside Italy, all shipping liability lies with GLS.
- After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer’s responsibility.
- The Packing Man is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, resulting from postal delays or any act, event, lack of service, accident that is beyond our reasonable control.
- The Packing Man cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer.
- Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted
- In case of damaged shipment, be sure to save everything including the shipping carton. If you have provided us with a telephone number, we will do our best to advise you of anything that may interfere with your delivery. We can not guarantee orders for which we have an incomplete or incorrect address.
